Our Mission at S.S.T.R is to rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home any neglected, abused, ill, or unwanted tortoises regardless of their size. We serve as an educational resource and advice service on tortoise care. We also provide a permanent sanctuary for tortoises that can not be placed into new homes.
